How old do I need to be?
The minimum age for any aesthetic treatment is 18. Please ensure you bring a form of identification with you, such as a passport or driving licence. Please don't be offended if we ask for ID (you could even take it as a compliment, we all want to look young right?)
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes a non refundable deposit of £25 is required to secure your booking (a £50 deposit is required for filler packages). A deposit is required as products need to be ordered in preparation for your appointment. Deposits will be deducted from the overall cost of the treatment and the total balance should be paid on the day of treatment.
Do the treatments hurt?
Many Dermal fillers contain local anaesthetic to provide pain relief during the procedure. Additionally a topical anaesthetic cream or ice can be applied prior to treatment to the numb the skin. The procedure may be uncomfortable but is not usually painful. Certain areas such as the lips are more sensitive.
Do you accept card payments?
Yes, we accept all major debit/credit cards and also Apple Pay. We also take payments in cash and via bank transfer whichever is convenient for you, we also have a finance option available.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes, we offer free consultations in order to give all information required about the treatments we offer. It's the perfect opportunity for you to ask any questions before making any decisions. If you decide to go ahead with a treatment we that day we can try and fit you in too.
How long will my treatment last?
Time Frames vary depending on which filler is chosen, these should be used as a guideline only as many factors can contribute to the breakdown of a product such as individual lifestyle.
